EventLoo provides a free online calculator to help users estimate portable restroom unit requirements for events and construction sites. The Service also facilitates connections between users seeking portable restroom rentals and local rental vendors.
3. Calculator Estimates Are Advisory
The unit count recommendations produced by the EventLoo calculator are estimates based on industry guidelines and the information you provide. They do not constitute professional engineering or compliance advice. Actual requirements may vary based on local regulations, permit conditions, site-specific factors, and other variables not captured by the calculator. You are responsible for verifying compliance with applicable laws, including OSHA regulations and local health codes.
4. Quote Request and Vendor Contact
When you submit a quote request through EventLoo, you authorize EventLoo to share your contact information and event details with portable restroom rental vendors who service your area. You consent to being contacted by those vendors. EventLoo is not a party to any rental agreement between you and a vendor and bears no responsibility for vendor pricing, availability, service quality, or conduct.
5. No Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. EventLoo does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided is complete or accurate.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EventLoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on calculator estimates, vendor conduct, or failure to meet regulatory requirements.

- Use the Service to spam or harass vendors or other users
- Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
8. Intellectual Property
All content on EventLoo, including the calculator logic, written guides, and design, is owned by or licensed to EventLoo. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
