When you use EventLoo, we may collect the following types of information:
- Calculator inputs: Event details you enter into the calculator, including guest count, event type, duration, location, and date. These inputs are used solely to calculate your unit recommendation and, if you choose to request quotes, to match you with vendors.
- Contact information: If you submit a quote request, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and event location to facilitate contact between you and rental vendors.
- Usage data: Pages visited, time on site, referral source, and browser/device type, collected automatically via standard web analytics. We currently use aggregate analytics only and do not deploy advertising pixels or cross-site tracking cookies. If this changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To generate your portable restroom unit count recommendation
- To send your quote request to portable restroom rental vendors who service your area
- To improve the accuracy and usability of the EventLoo calculator
- To analyze aggregate usage patterns and improve the site
We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or unrelated third parties.
3. How We Share Your Information
When you submit a quote request through EventLoo, your contact information and event details are shared with up to 5 portable restroom rental vendors in your area. These vendors receive your information for their own commercial purposes and may contact you by phone, email, or text message to provide quotes, follow up on your inquiry, or market their services to you. Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.
EventLoo may earn a referral fee when a vendor connects with you through this platform. This does not affect your pricing. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.
We may share aggregated, non-personally-identifiable data with analytics providers and business partners.
4. Data Retention
Quote request data is retained for up to 90 days for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes. Anonymous usage data may be retained indefinitely in aggregate form.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
EventLoo uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site. We currently use analytics cookies for aggregate traffic measurement only. We do not currently use advertising pixels, remarketing cookies, or cross-site tracking technologies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not function correctly without them.
6. Children's Privacy
EventLoo is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at privacy@eventloo.com and we will promptly delete it.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us at privacy@eventloo.com. We will respond within 30 days.
9. California Residents — Your Privacy Choices
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
- Right to Know: You may request a copy of the personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months, including the categories of information, the purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom it was shared.
- Right to Delete: You may request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
- Right to Opt Out of Sharing: Sharing your contact information with rental vendors for their commercial outreach may constitute "sharing" of personal information under California law. To opt out, email privacy@eventloo.com with "Do Not Share My Information" in the subject line. You may also use the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer of this site.

Residents of Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Texas, and Oregon have similar rights under their respective state privacy laws. The same contact method applies.
10. Non-U.S. Visitors
EventLoo is operated in the United States and is intended for U.S. residents. If you access this site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the site, you consent to this transfer. We do not specifically target or market to residents of the European Union, United Kingdom, or other non-U.S. jurisdictions.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of EventLoo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
