EventLoo is a free online tool that helps event planners, construction site managers, wedding coordinators, and festival organizers calculate exactly how many portable restrooms their event or job site requires — and then connect with local rental vendors to get quotes fast.

The calculator accounts for the variables that actually affect unit counts: number of attendees, event duration, alcohol service, ADA accessibility requirements, and event type. It produces a specific, defensible number — not a rough estimate — so you can plan confidently and order correctly.

Why We Built This

The standard advice for portable restroom planning has always been vague. "One unit per 50 people" is a starting point, not a complete answer. It ignores event duration, alcohol, weather, ADA requirements, gender ratios, and service frequency — all of which can double or triple your actual need.

EventLoo was built to replace guesswork with a transparent, calculation-based recommendation rooted in OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 standards, ADA accessibility guidelines, and industry best practices from the Portable Sanitation Association International (PSAI).
