Accessibility Statement

Last updated: March 14, 2026

Our Commitment

EventLoo is committed to making its website accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a target standard and continuously work to improve the accessibility of our site.

Current Status

We are actively working toward reasonable accessibility across our calculator, cost guides, and blog content. Known areas we are working to improve include:

  • Screen reader announcements for calculator step transitions
  • Keyboard navigation and focus management in the multi-step calculator flow
  • ARIA labeling for dynamically generated calculator results
  • Color contrast improvements for supporting text

We do not claim full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance at this time. We are not WCAG-certified.

Supported Technologies

EventLoo is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

  • Screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver)
  • Keyboard-only navigation
  • Browser zoom up to 200%
  • High-contrast display modes

Known Limitations

The multi-step calculator uses client-side JavaScript to manage state and render results. Some screen reader users may experience reduced feedback during step transitions. We are working on ARIA live region improvements to address this.

Feedback and Contact

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of EventLoo. If you experience any barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:

  • Email: accessibility@eventloo.com
  • Response time: We aim to respond to accessibility inquiries within 5 business days.

If you are unable to access any content or functionality on EventLoo due to a disability, please contact us and we will work to provide the information in an accessible alternative format.

Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility concern, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division or file a complaint with the relevant federal or state agency.
